Your advice matters

This week, I’ve decided to launch a new initiative: a short 15-question survey to find out what you think about us, about TSHU! Why? Well, because without by finding out what you like and, of course, what you don’t like, we get a lot of ideas! And without knowing what you dream of, it’s not easy to imagine little wonders that will meet all your needs!

A short, 15-question survey

Fifteen questions may seem like a lot, but I promise you: I filled it out several times myself and it’s not very long at all! And besides, they are not complicated questions, we want to get to know you, you who support and encourage us… And we want to know what you like, and what you would like more than what we already have to offer!

If you’re curious, you can take a look at the 15 questions before you start—they’re all posted so there are no surprises along the way.

This short survey will remain online—so there is no time limit to complete it! You’ll easily find it on our website via the main menu (at the top), as well as at the bottom of all our website pages along with other useful links.

Your advice guides us!

Here at TSHU, your thoughts are really helpful, and truly considered! For the past 8 years, we’ve been improving our handkerchiefs and other zero waste essentials based on your feedback. You are the ones who guide us in our choices, and you are the ones who motivate us to do better and better every day!

So, even if you have “off topic” comments after taking our little survey, you can share them with us—either by sending us a short novel of thoughts when you answer the question, “Is there anything else you’d like to share with us? All suggestions and comments are appreciated!” in the survey, or by writing to us directly via the contact form on our site.

Either way, we promise that we read all the messages we receive carefully and respond to everyone within 24 hours!

Because we know that your time is valuable, we’ve prepared a little gift that we will send you by email when you have completed the survey!
